- The Complex was cleared up from the messy state it was in when Palm View took over.
- A regular Cleaning schedule has been posted on Notice boards and honored.
- Cleaning has improved notably, especially in the storage areas, Swimming Pool and consistency.
- A gardening schedule has been posted on Notice boards and honored.
- Gardening overall is better.
- A Pool cleaning schedule has been set and honored.
- The long time broken lift was repaired and now we have finally agreed a maintenance package.
- An Insurance Policy has been secured and this will be posted on the Notice boards.
- A number of light bulbs have been replaced.
